Mrs. Donia Daisy McConatha

McConatha, Donia Daisy 'Toots', age 94, of Siluria, passed away March 24, 2012. She was a current resident at Riverchase Village Assisted Living. Predeceased by her husband, George W; parents, Will and Daisy Watson; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters. She is survived by a son, Ronnie Brown (Sandra); 1 brother, Billy Watson Jr. (Annette); 2 sisters, Faye Watson Braden, and Peggy Hocutt (Jim); 3 grandchildren, Leigh Ann Brown, Jody Smith (Tracy), and Teri Lin Brown; 5 great-grandchildren, Brandon Davidson (Christy), Christopher and Kennedy Mantooth, Brittney Lagrone (Adam), Brooke Davidson, and Hadley and Crimsyn Gay; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8 pm at Siluria Baptist Church, Tuesday, March 27. Funeral service will be on Wednesday, March 28 at 11:00 am with Pastor Gary Jones officiating. She will lie-in-state one hour prior to the service. Burial at Montevallo Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Siluria Baptist Church, 10696 Hwy. 119, Alabaster, AL 35007.
