Born June 27, 1924 in DeSoto, Kansas. Passed away April 29, 2012 in Houston, Texas. Preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Bette Ruth Price. Survived by sons and daughters in-law, Terry and Gretchen Price, Randy and Dixi Price; daughters, and sons-in-law, Sythia and John O'Brien, Sheila and Kenneth Duck; grandchildren, Kelly Findley and wife Joanne; Casey Price and wife Lauren; Wendy Price Newell and husband Greg; Sean O'Brien, Taylor Duck and Abby Duck; great grandchildren, Gavin Price, Kaitlynn Price, Gabriel Findley, Elysia Findley, Corrine Findley, Stephen Findley, Kean Findley and Keegan Newell. Mr. Price attended Ponca City, Oklahoma High School, served in Europe in WWII, Korea and Viet Nam in the U.S. Army, retiring in 1967. His second career was as a department head for the City of Garland Texas. Services will be at 3PM, Thursday, May 3,2012 at Restland Wildwood Chapel, Dr. Douglas White officiating. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Wednesday May 2nd at Restland Funeral Home, Dallas Texas. Please make Donations to the Alzheimers Foundation.

Lee was a friend and co-worker at the City of Garland for several years. He and I had lots of good coffee conversations. Bettye and I always enjoyed being with him and Bette. Our condolences to the family. You surely have lots of good memories to share with one another.
