My sympathies to Leah's family and her special friends. Leah was a sweet southern lady and I loved playing tennis with her. She was always gracious and kind. May she rest in peace.

We've lost a dear friend. Her presence always brightned a room. Talking with her was sometimes a one-way street and it may have taken some effort to get a word in edgewise. But what wisdom she shared. We were always uplifted by her presence. She loved her dogs: Lilly and Derringer and treated them with a careful balance of patience and discipline. When crusading for a purpose, she was a determined but charming advesary. The lives she touched are better for having known her.

To Frank and her family, we offer our deepest sympathy

We will miss her deeply; her sense of humor, or creativeness and talents and her friendship.

Leah was one of the first people we met at Imperial Wilderness and with our home being in Charlottesville, Va we had a lot to talk about. She was a gracious and humorous lady to be with. We went on a cruise together and had a ball. She will be SO missed at IW, there will be a big hole in our family there. Al and Anne

Leah was a consummate Southern Lady, she always had a welcoming smile, a friendly greeting, one was never a stranger with Leah around. She could knock you over with her dry wit, & "Southern Charm". She was generous with her time & talent. She was never shy of demonstrating her love of God,her family,friends(2-legged & 4-legged).We Loved her & will dearly miss her. Your mother once complimented me on a speech I gave at the I.W.clubhouse on smoking in public places. Many smokers were not happy with my speech. I was so pleased when she came to me to congratulate me. I will never forget her kindness. Later when I visited her and Frank in Naples she was a gracious hostess. She will be missed by many friends. You all have my sympathy.
