Stanislawa Maria Bielicki

Stanislawa Maria Bielicki, 71, passed away at 10:10 AM on Saturday, Jan. 18, in Phoenix Baptist Hospital, Phoenix, AZ. Marysia, as she was known to her friends, was born to Jan and Natalia Wozniak, Sept. 28, 1942, in Poland. Marysia graduated from high school in 1960 and married Zbigniew Jerzy "Jerry" Bielicki Jan. 4, 1964 - recently celebrating their 50th Anniversary. They lived in Ostroda, Poland until immigrating to the United States in 1972. She was an office manager for an import/export company in Poland prior to moving to the USA with her husband and 2 children - Thomas & Irene. A third child, Timothy, was born in 1980. She was an active member of St. Theresa's Parish in Linden, NJ for nearly 30 years until moving to Peoria, AZ in 2005. During her time in New Jersey, Marysia was also a founding member of the Polish American Soccer Association (PASA) and served in multiple roles - including Secretary & Treasurer. Marysia is survived by her three children: eldest son Thomas Bielicki with wife Kristina, children Kristian, Sebastian & Katarzyna of Peoria, AZ; daughter Irene Vandermeer with husband Carl, children Eric, Ryan & Adam of Hillsborough, NJ; youngest son Timothy Bielicki of Phoenix, AZ. In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in memory of Stanislawa Maria Bielicki to Our Lady of Czestochowa Catholic Church, 2828 W. Country Gables Dr., Phoenix, AZ 85053, (602) 212-1172. A viewing will be held from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Friday, 1/24 at Heritage Funeral Chapel - 6830 W. Thunderbird Rd, Peoria, AZ 85381. Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Czestochowa at 10:00 AM on Saturday, 1/25 with the burial immediately following at Sunland Memorial Park - 15826 N. Del Webb Blvd, Sun City, AZ 85351. She is a beloved wife, mother, babcia and friend who will be missed by all.
