Sandra Dickson Aucoin

Sandra Dickson Aucoin, 69, a native of Baton Rouge, LA and resident of Pierre Part, LA passed away on January 15, 2014 peacefully in her sleep surrounded by her loving family. Visitation will be on Thursday, January 16, 2014 from 5:00 PM till 9:00 PM and on Friday, January 17, 2014 from 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM at Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel. A religious service will be held by Pastor Derald Weber at 2:00 PM at Thibodaux Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux. She is survived by her daughter, Delania Usie and husband Glenn; grandchildren, Brandon Barrilleaux and Brett Barrilleaux; great grandson, Breidyn Barrilleaux. She is preceded in death by her husband, Shelby Aucoin; son, Shane Floyd; parents, James and Birdie Deshotel Dickson; sisters, Carolyn Albarado, Kathy Dickson; nieces, Pamella Louviere, and Maria Turner. Pallbearers will be Glenn Usie, Brett Barrilleaux, Joshua Usie, Yates Usie, Calvin Blanco Sr., and Brad Viator; Honorary Pallbearers, Breidyn Barrilleaux, Benson Templet, and Shawn Aucoin. She is remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and aunt who will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a nurse for 20 years that touched many lives.
