For some reason, I thought about Dr. Iranyi today and she was such a wonderful doctor! She was my doctor since I was a baby and my older kids doctor until I moved from the area. She is deeply missed by the community

Gone but NEVER Forgotten. Dr. Iranyi made it affordable and convenient to obtain medical care for your children without having to wait forever to to get an appointment. You could come to her office during the weekdays, sign in, and your child received medical care. Dr. Iranyi answered emergency calls during late night hours, no answering service; that's why God blessed her practice. Nothing like it is today. She cared about her patients. I was truly blessed to have Dr. Iranyi for my son's doctor and stayed with her until he was no longer considered a child. This was a word-of-mouth recommendation from a co-worker as it should be. I find it so hard to trust doctors today.
You were an Angel on earth. You are missed. Rest in Peace and Power!

I didn't know Dr. Iranyi, had passed away. I was telling my daughter-in-law about her and how she took good care of my son as a child. She was the pillar of the community in Alexandria, VA. She helped so many families with kids. She made it affordable for low income families to get the care she needed, her and husband. Dr. Iranyi, you will always be loved for all that you gave to others.

Dr. Iranyi...Thank you for being an Angel in our lives, and in the medical field. There was no other Pediatric Doctor like you. We trusted no other doctor with the care of my son and his well-being. You were always available to your patients...we did not have to wait days and weeks for appointments or sit hours in the ER for hours unnecessarily. You answered your home telephone late in the midnight hour to give advice. Your office was open every day of the week for sick appointments.You are missed tremendously . Gone but "Never Forgotten" Rest in Eternal Peace" .

Dr. Iranyi was the only pediatrician for my son and my daughter, starting back in 1976. They loved her and I never trusted anyone else with my kids. Gone but never forgotten. RIP dear one.

Dr. Madonna Iranyi was a blessing to me and my family; and was my Son's doctor since he was 4 years old. Frustrated with the ability to find a good Pediatrician for my son, my co-worker at MCI referred me to Dr. Iranyi.
Dr. Iranyi was "THE BEST DOCTOR EVER". I trusted her with all my heart. There was never a time that I could not reach her in an emergency including way in the midnight hours.
Dr. Iranyi remained my Son doctor until he started college.
Gone but NEVER FORGOTTEN". REST IN PARADISE.

Dear Dr. Iranyi you have known me Carolyn Bayne since the day I was born at Children's hospital in 1960 for 57 years. You where my doctor, but you where also like a second mother,friend and my guardian angel watching over me throughout my long and difficult journey in my life. My Condolences to Dr.Gondor her son ,family and friends. I called the office to see when would be good to bring my girls up there to suprise her .and that is how I found out she was called by the angles.She had looked after 3 generations My mom ,myself ,and my children. She was a very gifted Doctor who I knew I could trust and depend on for her experience and loyalty to my family.
I had 4 children from 29 to 16 yrs old .My youngest 2 had servere life threatening health issues . Wich she caught all of them from birth and when other issues occured . I remember so many times calling the office after hours late at night and she would call me back instructing me on what to do until the morning to see her.She truly was Heaven sent.
I would drive from Dalecity, Va to continue having her services for my children that's how loyal I was to this wonderful woman .I pray I will be able to get a obituary because she is my part of my history that we always remind our children of when that time comes to go down memory lane. I know your at peace now with your husband. Dr.Gondor (Son) Your parents were two of the most dedicated, loving, Doctors I ever met In my life .They did a wonderful job raising you and it clearly shows and there love for the human race was passed on to you . She was my ICON growing up as well as a friend! I was one of her oldest patients she kept. People would look at me when she would call me in because I had no kids behind me! I would actually love Bradlee Med so I could see her. Condolences to her beautiful family!

I myself was a patient of Dr. Iranyi until I became an adult. As an adult I started going to her husband Dr. Gondors. They were truly a blessing to our family. As of today my three children still are patients at her office. May her memory live on! Please continue her legacy! May God bless u all and may u find peace at your time of lost.

I am saddened to hear of Dr. Iranyi's passing. My daughter and I were both patients. Dr. Iranyi was a great doctor. I have not met any doctor like her. She will be truly missed. To the family may God grant you peace, comfort, and strength during this time.
