Dear David. I'm sad with what happened that your life had been cut short. I had not the opportunity to meet you, but when I look at your photo I see your father Joao at this age. I'm sure that you, like your father, was a bright and good young man. Your absence to your parents will be huge and nothing will replace your physical presence. David now that you are face to face with Our Heavenly Father I pray that you intercede for your parents, so that they will be able to carry this burdened with patience and hope. Hope in the resurrection and that one day, when their journey in this earth ended, they will meet you again. Then there will be no more tears and sorrows.

Our hearts are broken, but when we force ourselves to accept this senseless tragedy, we find comfort in the fact that David is in a far better place. We loved him and will miss him, but will remember him with a smile for the rest of our days.
