Francine Rocco

Francine Rocco, age 63 of Chicago IL while surround by her family on March 19, 2016 entered eternal life after finally defeating a vicious battle with cancer. She will forever watch over her daughter Erika Rocco, (Loved like her own son) Cesar Onate, Grandbabies, Erianna Rocco, Cesar B. Onate, Julianna Onate, and Julian Onate. She will continue to be a light for many that were chosen as family. Francine will be remembered as the most kind, feisty, compassionate woman, with fancy hair and perfect make-up whose smile would light a room. She is so loved. She lived for her family and took pride in her work. She was very proud to receive the Advocate South Suburban 2014 MVP Excellence Award; where she worked for many years and made unforgettable friends. Francine started her advocate career at Christ hospital where she remained friends with an equally great group of people that she thought of as family as well. Francine also loved owning her two taverns Rocko's and The 69th Street Pub on the Southside of Chicago. Francine had the ability to make friends where ever she went, so to say she will be missed is truly an understatement. Her family will grieve her loss until they meet again. Thank you mommy for loving us so much more then I could ever describe. Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family andfriends will gather on Monday, March 28, from 2 to 9 p.m. Funeral Tuesday, March 29, 9:15 a.m. at chapel, to St. Daniel the Prophet Church, 5300 S.
