Daisy Neva Lahmeyer Oliver, 99, of Lexington, SC, the widow of John Henry Oliver, Sr., died Monday, December 22, 2014. Her graveside service will be held Friday, December 26, 2014 in Bethany Cemetery, 10 Cunnington Avenue at 2:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday, December 26, 2014 from 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road. Daisy was born December 19, 1915 in North Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Frederick Lahmeyer and the late Daisy Dauer Lahmeyer. Daisy was a graduate of Memminger School in Charleston. She was a retired sales associate for Revco Drugs (now known as CVS) and a member of the Advent Lutheran Church. She is survived by one daughter, Cheryl McColl (Hugh) of Lexington; two sons, John H. Oliver, Jr. (Donna) of Charleston and David W. Oliver (Carol) of North Charleston; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Flowers are accepted or memorials may be made to Advent Lutheran Church, 3347 Rivers Ave., North Charleston, SC 29405.
