Jeffrey Alderman

JEFFREY L. ALDERMAN age 59, passed away March 23, 2016. He was born February 10, 1957 in Windsor, OH. Jeff resided in Willoughby before moving to Chardon. Jeff graduated from Grand Valley High School and owned and operated Alderman Contracting. Jeff loved the outdoors and working with his Kubota equipment. His family described him as a very strong willed man that was quiet and good hearted. His whole life was his family especially his wife, nature, and the outdoors. Jeff is survived by his wife of 33 years Cheryl A. (nee Angelone); his mother Barbara Alderman (nee Nightingale); siblings Kathy Lott, Janet Moodt (husband Earl), Gary and  Cherie Alderman; nephew Jason Moodt, niece Heather Moodt and nephew Ryan Lott; mother and father-in-law, James R. and Ann (nee Zaller) Mandelik. Jeff is preceded in death by his father Merlin Alderman. Contributions may be made in Jeff's honor to the Geauga Humane Society www.geaugahumane.com or Lake Humane Society www.lakehumane.org.
