Mrs. Patricia M. Bree

Patricia M. Bree, age 82, of Wilmington, died peacefully on Sunday, March 15, 2015. Pat was born in Manhattan, NY, to Nellie and Michael Conway. 59 years ago, Pat married Raymond F. Bree raising a family of 6 children with great grace. She was an active longtime parishioner of St. Mary Magdalen Parish being involved for many years on Parish Council, Choir and teaching CCD. She has resided in Maris Grove with her loving husband since 2014. Pat was a devoted wife and mother who has provided a legacy of devotion to family and church. Pat had an appreciation and love of all things beautiful of which she included her family with great passion. Pat is survived by her husband, Raymond, and her six children, Raymond Bree, Christine DiMauro, Tricia Fitzharris, Robert Bree, Michele and David Burroughs, Michael and Marijoy Bree. She is also survived by her brother, John Conway. She had 11 grandchildren: Kelly, Lexi, Mac and Kerry Bree, Vincent and Kevin DiMauro, Kyle Fitzharris, Brandan, Maggie, Ryan and Cassie Bree. Pat was predeceased by her parents and her sisters, Margaret and Ellen. She recently lost her dear friend and sister-in-law, Anne B. Valerio of Red Bank, NJ. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 19th from 6-8pm at Chandler Funeral Home, 2506 Concord Pike, Wilmington, DE 19803. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 20th at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 7 Sharpley Road , Wilmington, DE 19803 at 11am. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington, DE. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations in Pat's name may be made to a charity of your choice.
