Steve was a great "people" person. If he was your friend, you had a true friend. We are thankful he was ours. I will miss the strawberry jam I made every year with his wonderful berries. He was full of love, generosity, fun, and caring. Our loving thoughts are with his family who were so very dear to him.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Steve and Mary for the last 15 years. He was not just a coworker....he was a friend and just a wonderful person. There are so many memories that bring a smile to my face. From the time he came to a party and my brought my children baby goats....to his constant ribbing and joking about my work (or lack thereof ...) or to how much help he was at our annual company picnic which I could always count on him to man the grill. He loved our customers and they him. The void that is left can never be filled. I do want to say Steve's greatest love was his family. I've heard so many stories over the years and he was so very proud of you all. He especially loved his grandchildren beyond words...Years ago when Steve had his greenhouses I purchased some crab apple trees....I am so grateful....when I look at them for years to come they will remind me of Steve, a dear friend, I considered family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Lynne
