Burns Lafferty Obituary

Burns was born on November 10, 1929 and passed away on Friday, August 19, 2016. Burns was a resident of Levittown, Pennsylvania at the time of his passing. He was a proud U.S.Marine Corps veteran serving aboard the USS Helena from 1947 to 1949. He was married to Alice. Family and friends are invited to call from 7 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday at the James J. Dougherty Funeral Home Inc. 2200 Trenton Rd. Levittown. Friends may also call from 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church of Levittown 5918 Emilie Rd Levittown PA 19057 where his funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Levittown.
