Richard Winter Obituary
Mr. Winter was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Korean Conflict. He was an Engineer at General Electric, a member of Rotary and the Mentor Chamber.
Survivors include his wife of 63 years, Patricia S. "Pat" Winter; sons: Robert A. (Angela) Winter, Barry M. Winter and Bruce C. (Lynne) Winter; grandchildren: Katlyn (Ricardo) Castillo, Dusty Winter, Cody Winter, Jake Winter, Kelvin Winter, Jeremy Winter, Lee Winter, Tonya (Chris) Prymas, Heather Winter, Courteney Winter, David Schriefer, and Richard Schriefer and great grandchild: Scarlet Prymas.
Preceding him in death were his parents: Charles and Rose Marie Winter; sister: Dorthea Kohnert and brother: Charles Winter.
A funeral service will be held 11 am, Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at Hope Ridge United Methodist Church, 9870 Johnnycake Ridge Rd, Mentor, OH, 44060, with lunch to follow at the church.
Contributions may be made to Hope Ridge United Methodist Church or Hospice of the Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Avenue, Cleveland 44110-2602, donate online at hospicewr.org.
