Mildred B. (Mikkelsen) Hunt

Mildred B. "Millie" Hunt (Mikkelson) of Stoneham, died peacefully on September 22, 2016. Beloved wife for fifty-seven years of Robert E. Hunt of Stoneham. Loving sister of Elaine Meehan of Colebrook, New Hampshire, and the late Vincent, Raymond, and George Mikkelson. She will be greatly missed by her sister-in-law Kathleen Neville, who cared for her during her final illness, as well as her brothers-in-law John Hunt of Saugus, and Terence Hunt of West Yarmouth, and sisters-in-law Nancy Cowperthwait of Mesa, Arizona, Susan Carroll of West Yarmouth, and Constance Nedohon of Green Bay, Wisconsin. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Millie was an accomplished cook, avid gardener, and an enthusiastic yard-saler. She was a warm, kind person known for her keen sense of humor. The family wishes to express its gratitude for the kind services provided by the hospice nurses at Hallmark Health during Millie's final illness. Funeral services will be private, to be announced at a later date.
