All of us will miss Brian and our prayers go out to the family., but one thing I am grateful for is that I got to enjoy his company. Growing up with him and also working along his side, he was a true gentlemen, and a friend.

Brian was an amazing light in the room if you knew him. I worked with him for several years and he was passionate about his marriage and his son. Spoke of them often. Great guy and amazing Chef.

Still in shock and sad over Brains passing. His son goes to school with my son! We would always talking befpr pickup. In praying for the whole family especially Rachel and Matthew! Rip Brian!

I am fortunate enough to have known Brian for the last 30 years. I first met him in high school and, through Harry Tregear and Nick Piscitelli, kept in touch with Brian over the years including working with him for several years and even travelling to Mexico with him, Pat Hyland and Nick P.
