My condolences to the Baxter family. I just want thank Joe for being an incredible Dad, soccer coach, and embracing my brother and I into his incredible family while growing up. As I reflect with the memories of Joe a smile seems to be permanently be placed on my face. I'm one of the lucky ones who got to share a part of Joe's life.

I loved Joe like a brother. Of any jobs I have ever had in my life, working with Joe was absolutely the most enjoyable time I have ever had. He was true and respected friend and I shall miss him . R I P my skipper, my friend
