One of the best people in this harsh world. A great family man, businessman and friend to so many. I had the pleasure of working with and knowing Marvin for many years, but was not notified of his passing. I found out by trying to call him to wish happy jewish new year. So sad to loose such a great loving and caring man.

Marvin was a vendor of ours for more than 20yrs.
You always count on the fact that if Marvin couldn't find it, it just didn't exist.
He always had a kind word and made you feel like the only customer he had.
We will truly miss Marvin and his daily joke e-mails.
The world was blessed by his presence and now there is a little less light to see by.

was a client of mine for nearly 2 years after the death of his long time friend and Barber Tony Demenno passed away. Marvin was like clock work and required a haircut every 5 weeks. He had a fabulous head of gorgeous white hair and LOTS of it. He was always bring a bag with his favorite shampoo and a photograph of himself and two handsome grandsons..the picture was an example of how he liked his hair to be cut. But after this long, I think he just like showing off these handsome young men. He was so proud of his family. And would always be genuinely interested in mine, he would always leave me with a new vocabulary word and its definition, and expected me to use in a sentence before he left. I was always impressed at his desire to work up until his last days. I'll miss Marvin a lot, but am happy he is reunited with his wife, of whom he loved so dearly.

Thank you Beth for keeping me in the loop. I really do appreciate it and was gratefully I could visit him in his last days. Bless you all.

Lenny
