Dennis A. Rochefort Jr., 33 , of Worcester passed away peacefully Saturday, Oct. 14, in UMASS Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on November 14, 1972 in Worcester, son of Dennis and Elaine (McLaughlin) Rochefort. Besides his parents he leaves a brother, Matthew Rochefort; a sister, Beth Krow and her husband Anthony and their son Dominic all of Worcester; his maternal grandmother, Helen (Pianowski) McLaughlin of Worcester; his paternal grandmother, Colleen (Popham) Rochefort of Leicester; aunts; uncles; cousins and friends. His grandfathers, George McLaughlin and Edmond Rochefort, predeceased him.
Dennis attended Worcester Voke and graduated from Burncoat High School, growing up he played baseball for Joe Schwartz Little League. He was a member of the Painters Union and worked construction for 15 years. He was an avid outdoorsman and fisherman and member of St. George's Church. Dennis will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
The funeral service and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. George's Church, 38 Brattle St., Worcester, 01606.
