Ms. Haydee Trevino

Haydee E. Treviño, age 53, of San Antonio, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 16, 2018. She is survived by her father, Sergio Treviño C.; and her five siblings, Sylvia R. Treviño, Rosaura M. Treviño and Jack Ligon, Sergio A. Treviño, Diana H. Treviño, Mark A. Treviño and Melinda Navarro; nine nieces and nephews, Vivian and Carlos Gonzalez, Sergio Jr. and Estefan Treviño, John Allen and Bianca, Mark and Andrew Ligon and Madalyn Treviño. Seven great nieces and nephews, Jennifer, Julena and Sergio A. Treviño III, Nicolas and Jacob Gonzalez; Gabriel and Emmanuelle Ligon. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dolores G. Treviño; and her niece, Jennifer L. Treviño. Haydee E. Treviño was born January 18, 1965. She was the fifth of six children born to Sergio and Dolores Treviño, and their youngest daughter. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1988, and became a Certified Public Accountant. She worked for the San Antonio Shoes family for 25 years. She worked almost to the very end, forever with a strong work ethic that was admirable. Haydee was always a humble person, but she possessed an inner strength that allowed her to accomplish anything she set her mind to. Her family was always very important to Haydee, as was her Catholic faith. Her family and friends admired her gentleness and great passion for everything she did. She gave her family unconditional love. She was a lady with few words, committed actions and a great heart. Her family knew they could count on her and she would be there for them. Haydee's dad, brothers, sisters and extended family will miss her. Haydee's nieces and nephews did not know of a special occasion without their Tia Haydee to cheer them on. She was an intelligent, beautiful and strong woman. Anyone who had the great privilege to know Haydee was truly blessed. She is loved by all those she touched. Haydee's family mourns her loss, but takes great solace in the sure knowledge that Haydee is with God and Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Family will receive friends on Wednesday March 21, 2018 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM with a Rosary to follow at Porter Loring North Chapel.
