Deborah "Debbie" McGann Foley

Deborah "Debbie" McGann Foley, 61, of Chalfont, PA, passed away surrounded by her loving family on September 30, 2018. Born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on October 21, 1956, she was the daughter of the late William and Alice (nee Adams) McGann. She grew up in Middletown, Connecticut before moving to Pennsylvania in high school. Debbie loved her energetic kitties, a good movie, and an exceptional book. She also loved to bowl, play a friendly game of Words with Friends with her sister Karen, and watch her favorite team the Philadelphia Eagles. She was over the moon about their Super Bowl win this past season. The one thing Debbie especially loved was spending time with her family. She was so happy to finally meet her first granddaughter. Debbie is survived by her two children Kelly Foley (Brian Scott) and Danielle Foley. She was the proud grandmother to McKenna Scott and will be sadly missed by her sister Karen (Rich) Sakakeeny. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a service on Saturday, October 6 at Leaver-Cable Funeral Home, 4886 York Road, Buckingham, PA, from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, and to celebrate Debbie's life at the Station Taphouse, 194 W. Ashland Street, Doylestown, PA, from 12:30 – 3:30 pm.
