Jean Mazzei Obituary

Age 86, of Bethel Park, on Wednesday, September 11, 2019, peacefully began her journey through Heaven's gates. She is the beloved wife of the late Angelo Mazzei; daughter of the late Rosemary (Nacco). Jean is survived by her daughter Lynne Keller, son-in-law John; son Frank Mazzei and fiancé Jean. She was the most beloved grandmother (NaNa) of Joshua Keller. She is also survived by three sisters and three brothers. Jean was a devoted Christian and proud elder of the South Hills Assembly of God (SHAG) for over 25 years. She was a loving caregiver to the children of (MOPS), Mothers of Pre-Schoolers at SHAG and participant in the choir and plays. She was also a volunteer at Kane Regional Hospital and assistant leader in the Lady's Intercessory of Prayer Group and Spiritual Teachings. One of her fondest memories was visiting Israel and walking the paths of Jesus. Friends and family welcome Monday, September 16, 2019 from 10am to 1pm at WM. SLATER & SONS, INC., 301 Virginia Ave., Pgh, PA 15211 (412-381-3345), where a blessing service will be held following visitation. Burial will be private to the family.

I am so sorry to hear about Jean's passing. She was such a sweet lady. She was always smiling. I knew her through church. You are in my prayers.
