Charles P. Rossetti, 78, of Revere, MA died peacefully on October 8, 2020 after a brief illness. He was the son of the late Patrick and Phyllis (Merullo) Rossetti. He was predeceased by the love of his life, his wife, Jane A. (Taylor) Rossetti. They were happily married for 49 years. Charlie was the beloved father to Susan A. Rossetti and Jana T. Suozzo and her late husband Ralph Suozzo. Proud Bampy to Zachary, Taylor, Sydney, and Kyle. He was the owner of Gateway Graphics Printing company which he ran successfully for over 40 years. More than anything else he loved spending time with his grandchildren and they absolutely adored him. Charlie loved travelling to Florida with his wife and their pups. They were blessed to have many good friends as well as endless laughs while they were there. As a huge Red Sox fan, he could be heard yelling at the TV during the summer nights and you always knew if they were winning or losing. Charlie was a phenomenal cook and would spoil his family with delicious Italian dinners. His grandchildren loved his gravy and meatballs and his chicken cacciatore was delicious. His generous nature was completely unmatched on this Earth. He will be deeply missed by all of those who knew and loved him. At his request, and due to Covid-19, services will be private. To Charlie's daughters and family,
Charlie and I graduated high school. Jane and Charlie sat behind me at the 4 O'clock mass at Immaculate Conception church. I knew Charlie was a school mate, but I didn't know Jane. After Mass one week we struck up a conversation, and from that day on I not only met Jane but we became friends immediately. Shortly there after she took sick, which to my unbelief our friendship was cut short. Because I worked at the Lighthouse nursing home Charlie asked me if I could get her a bed at the Leonard Florence in Chelsea. I immediately contacted my connections and she got a bed and sadly died there. Charlie still came to church and sat in the same spot and lit a candle for Jane every week. He was a great guy and he always talked about his wonderful life with Jane. They are together again for eternity. My deepest condolences to their two daughters. Will always remember you both, Sandy DeMattia DiBlasi

Charlie was a wonderful and devoted husband, father, nephew, son, father-in-law, grandfather and friend. He gave of himself without asking for anything in return. When he first married my sister, he became the big brother I never had and I idolized him. He would take me hunting and riding around on his Vespa and in his very cool Mustang convertible.
I'm sure Jana and Susan know how blessed they were to know what a wonderful man they had for a father. Not knowing my grandparents, I hope that Sydney, Kyle, Taylor and Zachary will remember to tell their grandchildren stories about their wonderful grandparents.
Love, Uncle Barry
