Judith A. Wozniak of Bay Village passed away on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at age 79 after a long battle with cancer. Judy was born January 25, 1941 in New Haven, Connecticut to parents Nicholas and Teresa (nee Gogliettino) Andreoli. Judy grew up just outside New Haven in Hamden, Connecticut. She graduated from Lauralton Hall in Milford, Connecticut and Becker College in Worcester, Massachusetts. She met Ed Wozniak in Worcester and they were married in 1965 in Hamden. They settled in Hebron, Connecticut to raise a family, and their two daughters multiplied their joy. Judy and Ed moved to Bay Village, Ohio in 1984 where their life was rich with friends. She was an active member of the ANS group and enjoyed numerous activities with these ladies, especially the luncheons, golf and bowling. Judy had a passion for travel and enjoyed many cruises with Ed, she played cards, and enjoyed eating out as much as she enjoyed cooking. She and her best friend Judy had their own catering business, "Judys Special Touch" for several years. She was also a long-time member of St. Raphael Catholic Church. Judy is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Ed Wozniak; two beloved daughters, Catherine Maruna (Aaron) and Karen Kent; two cherished grandsons, Parker and Henry; and devoted friends Judy Askin, Barb Erickson, Ray Kent and many others. She is preceded in death by her parents. Funeral mass will be celebrated with social distancing 11:00am Thursday, November 12, 2020 at St. Raphael Catholic Church, 525 Dover Center Road, Bay Village. Inurnment to follow at Holy Trinity Cemetery, Avon. www.buschcares.com 440-937-6175

If love alone could have kept Judy here, she would have lived forever. We are so sorry for your loss. Know you are all in our thoughts and prayers. Judy was a gift. Her life and the gifts she gave will be forever cherished. She brought so much joy to me. Her laugh was priceless and her joy contagious. Heaven is celebrating her arrival and is shining even brighter now having her home.

Mrs. Wozniak was such a great mom! Every once in a while she would make us kids turn off the Atari and tell us go outside. I remember the time she made fried dough for dinner! And it was just as good as the kind from the Hebron Harvest Fair. May she rest in peace.
