Wilson Rios-Jimenez., age 65, passed away peacefully at Einstein Montgomery Hospital, Norriton, Pa., on April 14th, 2021. He was born in Dorado, Puerto Rico and was the son of the late Laureano Rios and Gregoria Jimenez. Wilson was the husband of Carmen married for over 40 years. He was the loving father of Willie Rios (his wife Teresa) and Tiffany Rios. He will be sadly missed by his two sisters, his two brothers, his many nieces and nephews and by all who knew him. He was a retired corrections department officer who served the City of Philadelphia for 22 years. Wilson also proudly served his country in the US ARMY retiring at the rank of Staff Sergeant after over 20 years of service. He was an active cyclist and enjoyed the outdoors. He loved his pets, especially his great furry babies Thunder, Pebbles, Raider, Rocky and Mercedes. He was the neighborhood watchman and handyman, he will be missed by all his neighbors. He was known by many and loved by all! Relatives and Friends are invited to Wilson's Life Celebration Tuesday; April 27th, 2021 from 10am to 12pm at the Geitner Givnish Funeral home; 6230 N. 5th St Philadelphia, PA. 19120, followed by his Funeral service at 12pm.
