James Edward Cunningham of Warrington, Pa passed away with his family by his side at St. Mary's Hospital on May 28th , 2021, he was 73. James was preceded in death by his parents James F. and Joanna (nee Aviza) Cunningham and his son James T. Cunningham. He is survived by his wife Donna (nee Fenning) Cunningham, his children Kristen (John) Ott, Kevin (Lauren), and Courtney (Ryan) Kinney, and he is also survived by his 11 Grandchildren. Jim grew up in South Philadelphia, graduated from Bishop Neuman High school entered the Army in 1968 served in Vietnam, met his wife in 1969 at Margate and married in 1970. Raised 4 beautiful children. He enjoyed watching his children in at soccer, basketball and baseball. Jim worked at Keystone shipping for 45 years. Jim was an Engineering Administrator for most of his years then was switched over to Purchasing as a Purchasing Agent in his later years, including acting as the Contract Administrator when he attended to vessels in the drydock. Jim graduated from Wharton with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. When he retired he enjoyed traveling, especially cruising on Viking River Cruises. But most of all he enjoyed his time with his grandchildren. Vacationing with his family in OBX every summer. He loved taking them out to the big waves, buying them ice cream and making the best batch of pancakes. Family was everything and being together is what made Jim's heart full. He was loved by everyone he met. He will be missed. Family and friends are invited to James's visitation at St. Joseph's Church, 1795 Columbia Ave, Warrington, PA 18976 on June 4th, 2021 from 9:30 AM until the time of his Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery

It was so sad to hear the news. We met at Cornerstone and Jim convinced me to take the classes with him. It was the best thing I could have done. We would always set our stuff up next to each other.
