Keith passed away Wednesday September 10, 2025, at the Wisner Care Center. Memorial funds in memory of Keith may be directed to the family for designation later.

Keith Leon Brasch was born August 31, 1948, in Osmond to Harry Ferdinand and Margaret Ruth (Jaycox) Brasch. He grew up on a farm near Wausa where he graduated from high school in 1966. He enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. He was deployed to Vietnam serving from 1969 to 1971. After his military discharge, he returned to the Wausa area to farm. On May 28, 1972, Keith married Imogene Freeman in Bloomfield. He raised quarter horses and was a horseshoer and a horse judge. In 1984, they purchased the Wayne Monument Works and the family moved to Wayne, operating the business until 2024. Keith was a hunter and avid fisherman, tying many of his own fishing flies. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Wayne and an active square dancer for many years.

Keith is survived by his wife Imogene; their sons, Leon (Stacy) Brasch of Sioux City, Iowa, Brian (Coleen) Brasch of Marion, SD, and Andy (Misty) Brasch of Wayne; one sister, Lois Tompkins of Auburn, California; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Karen Brasch of Harlan, Iowa and Elena Freeman of Las Vegas, NV; brothers-in-law, Rodger (Debi) Freeman of Bloomfield and Leland (Ellen) Freeman of Bloomfield; other relatives and friends.

Preceding Keith in death were his parents; two brothers, Marvin and Minehart; brothers-in-law, Jim Tompkins and Royce Freeman; parents-in-law, Woody and Betty (Rodgers) Freeman.
