We were so sorry to hear of Paul's passing. My mom (Gladys Law), who is 98 and a long time friend of the family, wanted so to attend his memorial service, however, my sister was out of town and could not bring her. I was fortunate enough to see Paul and Jackie Sue (after many years) last year while walking the canal trail when I was home for the holidays.
I can recall many years of fun as a child at the frequent weekend get togethers that our families would have either at our house or theirs. I remember those times fondly and can still hear Paul's infectious laugh. He was such a kind, gentle person. We were so lucky to have had such wonderful parents, who set such a good example for us as children and left us with so many happy childhood memories.
Please know that our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family and how saddened my mother is at his passing.

Marilyn, it is with deepest sympathy at your time of loss. I know my mom has said hello and welcome to Paul as they rejoice with our Savior Jesus Christ. Martin Hess and Orville.

We got to know Paul and Marilyn Moffitt about 2005 when he taught a small group Lenten study in their home. He was a gracious and kind man. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Mr. Moffitt was a mentor to me at Valley Federal Savings. His gentle guidance and incredible knowledge became invaluable to my career. I will always remember him with admiration. I'm certain that I am only one of the many many lives he touched. My deepest condolences to the family.
