HOROWITZ, ARLENE M. (Fratkin), 78 of Wynnewood, Beloved wife, mother, sister, cousin, Bubbie, friend, passed away at peace on the evening of May 3, 2020 due to complications of COVID-19… As a student and later an educator, she remained active as an alum of Overbrook HS Class of January 1959. Earning her degree in elementary education at Penn State in 1962, she was a founding member of the campus chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon sorority. She built a career in the arts, education and administration.
