Not sure what to say?

I enjoyed working with Arlene at PJA. Im sorry you have had to say goodbye to her.

Arlene became a part of my family when she married my cousin Michael in 1962. I was nine and this was the first wedding I had ever attended. I visited the two of them on most of my Philadelphia trips over the years.

She and Mike brought two beautiful children into the world.

She and I had many animated conversations. She was very knowledgeable. We talked about food, health, fashion, antiques and collectibles, you name it. She cautioned me against paying too much for a...

To The family, I am so sorry for your loss. Arlene and I graduated from Overbrook and Penn State together. During our time at Penn State we carpooled to Levittown to student teach everyday for an entire semester. Arlene's positive attitude and sense of humor always made the long ride less tedious.
As we progressed through our lives, we lost day to day contact; but I was always glad to see Arlene and reconnect at class reunions.

A beautiful life. May her family find comfort.

I just heard about Arlenes passing from mutual colleagues from The PJA School. We were all so sad to hear of this. She was such a part of the PJA family. Our hearts go out to you, Michael, and to the whole family. May her memory be for a blessing.

Love, thoughts, and prayers for Michael and family. I had the privilege of working with Arlene for many years at The PJA School. They were such a cute and loving couple. Michael was a wrath of knowledge. He seemed to know something about everything. Such sad news.

I didn't fully process my loss until I looked at her beautiful photo on this site. Arlene was one of my dearest friends and relentlessly supportive of me. We went through some tough workplace times together and all I can say is I couldn't have made it without her quick wit and deep compassion for those she cared about...she was my rock. She adored her family and felt so indebted to and appreciative of her wonderful husband who was her caregiver for so long. She didn't have to pose for...
