To Karen and Carl Jr.
Your Dad and I were the closest of friends since we met in the 10th grade of Clairton High School.
We double dated countless times and kept in touch over the years. We had planned to attend Pitt together but things changed.
We were both in the U.S. Army at the same time, but miles apart.
We rode the range together for over 57 years and I hope and pray that we continue our ride on the High Ground.

Karen, Adam, and Carl, I miss and loved your Dad so very much and keep wanting to call and tell him how my day is going and find out how his is. He was my traveling companion, my wake-up call, my weather man, my financial guru, my counselor, whether I wanted it or not, and my love. I will never forget him. I hope he is content and will guide all of us.
