Obituary for Janet Seiferheld
Janet (Tocci) Seiferheld, 72, an area resident since 1990, formerly of Yonkers, died on Tuesday, November 6, 2012 at Vassar Brothers Medical Center.
Born in Yonkers on February 23, 1940, she was the daughter of James Campion and Theresa Brancard.
Janet is survived by her children, Joseph Tocci of Poughquag, Teri Tocci-Andrade and husband Michael of Poughquag, and Melissa Casa-Williamson and husband Michael of Brooksville, FL; grandchildren, Joseph Anthony Tocci, Elissa Nicole Casa, Katrina Maria Tocci, Vincent (Vinnie Boom Batz) Casa and Michael Joseph Andrade; her son-in-law, Charles Casa; her sisters, Margaret Craven of Yonkers, Gerri Pezzano, her husband George and their daughter Danielle of East Fishkill; her brother, Thomas Racek and wife Julie of Putnam Valley; and many nieces, nephews and dear friends.

My condolences to the Campion family. It was so sad to find out he was gone. I was a neighbor. He was always on the move with he's volentier work and art. Last time I saw him was at the beginning of January walking up and down the hall talking on the cell. Strange his gone. May you rest in peace and will always be in prays.

What a terrific human being who stepped up to help the helpless and their families. Countless children and parents were comforted by this soldier of humanity and kindness. Jeff, you were a “Guardian Angel” to the kids at the Ronald McDonald House. You lit up the house with your love and never-ending compassion. I was in awe as you shared your acts of kindness and heartfelt concern and commitment with the kids and their families. You were an inspiration and a true role model for all of us whose lives you touched; we were blessed to know you.
I am heartbroken, but I will always remember the fun we had playing golf, and more importantly, I will remember your selfless and immeasurable charitable acts of kindness. Heaven just got a one in a Billion Angel.
Jeff's pain is gone, and now it is our turn to deal with the sorrow.

I will always remember the silly fun times we had on Van Cortlandt and Elm. Making go carts and racing them down Elm Street. We were always laughing. I remember when it was just you and me and the girls in the Trolley Barn. Both artists, passionate about mosaics and sharing our knowledge on the art form.
