In addition to his wife, survivors include two sons: David Wilson (Deb) Millians of Athens and Andrew McSwain (Mabel) Millians of St. Louis, MO; brother: William Davis Millians, Jr. of Milledgeville, GA; brother in law: Charles Cato, Durham, NC; sister in law: Martha Cato, Athens; three grandchildren: Jon, Charles and Isaac Millians; nephews: Mike and Rick Millians and niece: Ginger Lipford Hartlein.
A memorial service will be held December 8, 2018 at 10:30 at Athens First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends following the memorial service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Fisher House Foundation, the Hearing Health Foundation or the Athens First Baptist Church Building Fund. Mr. Millians was always very kind. I will always remember the support he gave me when my mother passed. He always encouraged me to reach my fullest potential. He will be very missed.

I am saddened by the passing of such a compassionate man. Mr. Millians was ALWAYS very good to me. I will never forget him.

Mr. Millians was a very compassionate and caring person. I worked closely with him for many years as the department secretary at Clarke County Transportation Department. He was very supportive of everyone within the department. I will always cherish my fond memories of him and I am indeed grateful for the opportunity of working with such a caring person. I extend my heartfelt sympathy to Mrs. Millians and the entire family left behind to cherish his memory.
