Thank you for being so patient with me and for teaching me accounting. I will always remember you as a great educator and would like to thank you for having me as your student. You contributed to my education and thanks to all your support, I now have a good job. But more importantly, I can aspire to a brighter future. My deepest condolences to the Mills family. God Bless You.

When I was in Grad School, I worked with John as a research assistant, after graduating I came back to UNR and took his gaming accounting class, and have called John my friend for over 16 years. Including my husband, the three of us played bridge, golfed, and socialized on many, fully enjoyed, occasions. We will truly miss you John. My heartfelt sympathy to your family and loved ones and my regrets for not being able to attend your service today.

Played several hundred sets of tennis with John over the years. Gonna miss his left handed overhead smash. He was a good sport and a good man.

John had a wonderful zest for life - including some mean games on the tennis court! Rest in Peace John, and blessings to your family.

I am shocked and saddened to learn of John's passing. He was an integral part of the formation of the gaming management program in the College of Business. He loved his son, daughter in law, and grandchildren. He enjoyed life. I enjoyed working with him over many years. My sympathy to his family.
