Nikki, it's hard to believe 12 years have passed this week since you provided me with the "Gift of Life" when you could no longer use your beautiful loving heart. In those years, your loving family has become a part of my family forever! Your precious gift has allowed me to continue living an additional 12 years and many more to come in a productive and loving way. There is no better gift to provide to anyone than the "Gift of Life". One day we will meet and I long for the day I will be able to thank you personally for providing me and others life here on earth that we would not have had except for you and your awesome mom Missy's decision! You are loved more than you will ever know. I know God has blessed you for eternity for being so thoughtful. I love you so much. Rest in peace dear Nikki!

Precious Nikki, Although I did not know you here on earth, I have come to know you so well through your loving mom Missy, and your wonderful grandma Neena who along with your brother Ryan, dad Chris, and other family and friends love snd miss you so much. Nikki, I am sure you know me as you look down on all of us from that special place that God has provided to you for eternity as you wait for us to join you one day. I feel your loving presence each and every second. You see, Nikki, you provided me with your beautiful, precious and loving heart when you did not need it anymore to allow me to have more years with my family and friends. The beat of your precious heart continues flawlessly within me. It is so stong. What a special and beautiful gift you have given me, the "Gift of Life". This has enabled me to forge a special lifetime bond with your mom, her family and friends, and enabled us do so many good things in your honor and memory. I am still so heartbroken. Everything reminds me of you. I ache to talk to you. When I see your friends, I am immediately taken back to having you here. I am not the same. I want to do whatever I can to make sure no one EVER forgets who you were. You are my pea. I am sad until I see you again. I know if there is a heaven, you are taking it by storm, telling jokes, bringing people together and flashing that beautifully sweet smile that tells them all you are the sweetest soul there. Popa will take good care of you until I get there. I hope you and Sinatra are playing again like you did when you were little. I love you, my son. Please come see me again soon.

...Nikki i know after high school we lost some touch i will always remember your goofy self always making jokes about me , bc i let you, i couldnt make it to your service, bc i dont want to remeber you like that, i want to remember you in the apartment when i dropped by and we caught up had a few beers before the road, and smoked a when i wasnt supposed to... i love you and i alwasy will you were a great friend, always there, and never let me down.

Nikolas and I knew eachother from school and I will miss him dearly! I remember how funny he was and how no matter what he made people laugh! I cant believe how short life can be and I live it to the fullest now! We will always remember him and have him in our thoughts and hearts! I love you Nikolas even though I never got to tell you!

My dearest ones, I sent an entry on the 33rd day of Nik's accident. It was never entered, I don't know what happened. I think it went to heaven!
I only met your Nik once but I knew of him from the day he was born. Our hearts hurt and each and everyday you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I can't find the words to express myself but I do know this world was a better place because of "Nik". "My Missy" and my "Best Buddie Kay" and "Ryan" and "Dale-honey" God Bless each and everyone of you. May the wonderful memories heal yours and our hearts. We love you all.

"No bond is as great as that between a parent and child." We do hope the bond between you and Ryan will become much stronger Missy. He misses his little brother as you do your son. And as we do as grand parents. I missed my phone call to wish me happy birthday. But as they say, time does heal all wounds and we are all waiting for the healing to begin. Hey there "little man". Neena and Pappy went to a meeting yesterday that was supposed to help, not sure it did. But at least we learned that we are not the only ones to have lost a very special person. If you could please give mom and expecially Ryan a sign that you are OK, that would be good. I've known Nik since elementary school and i am very blessed to have known such a wonderful person. ...Always smiling, always laughing, always joking around and making others around him laugh... He was such a wonderful person. I will miss him dearly! It hurts that he is no longer with us; He has touched the lives of so many people and will continue to live on in our hearts, and the good memories he has left us with.
