To Jerry's nephew Peter LoConto Jr. and the whole LoConto Family, My Deepest Condolences. He was a Good and witty man. My father Anthony played with Perry Conte and knew all the Conte's well for many years, all of whom I was very fond of.
I know they were all Loved and will be Missed by many throughout the Worcester area. Truly an end of an Iconic Era. And with the passing of Freddy Holovnia who taught me jazz and bass, and they all knew each other, makes it especially true. The memories and the music Jerry, his brothers, and all the rest made will remain forever with us and in our hearts. It's up to us now Peter to keep that alive. Once again but, never enough... My Sympathy.
All I can say now is, that must be one heck of a band playing now in Heaven.

I grew up on Gage Street, on the second floor, above the Loconto household. I remember Jerry as a very kind, wonderful man. My family moved away when I was 9 but, I saw Jerry many times over the years. I visited him last year and he was same quality guy. Most decent, respectful person you will ever meet. A music talent. Such a loss for everyone.

To all of the conte family. I am so sorry for the passing of Jerry. I have many memories of my childhood when my Dad took me and my brothers for music lessons at conte's music in Worcester. Jerry and Anna fitted me for all my tuxedo rentals for my junior and senior proms. They were all special and loving people. I know that he is at peace and is with is family in heaven. God bless you during this sad and difficult time.

I never met Uncle Jerry but I feel like I got to know him through the many stories shared by his nieces Gloria and Madeline. Coming from a large Italian family myself, I fully understand the honor given and the void felt by such a loss. Thank you Gloria and Madeline for sharing Uncle Jerry stories with me over the years. Prayers and peace to your family.
