One of my fondest memories is the Chinese New Year being celebrated with this man's family. The tradition and devotion of each member to each other was palpable.
My deepest sympathy is extended to each of you whose life was enriched for having been loved and cherished by this man. Joan, special thoughts of love are being shared with you.

They say a person's legacy can be seen in their children. Only an extrodinary man could have such an extrodinary family. We are saddened with your departure but enriched from having known you.

Mr. Humm,
It was so nice to know you through your daughter Joan. I remember dinner with you at the dining room table and you sitting in your easy chair.
Your accomplishments were exemplary-- a high profile career, three healthy children (including my best friend Joan), and lovely grandchildren.
Your friend, Judy Krusemark Byram
