Beloved husband of Florence Roddy DiMisa; father of Christopher Charles (Jodie) DiMisa, Sr., Paul Francis (Stephanie) DiMisa, Kevin Michael (Catherine) DiMisa, and Richard Matthew (Emily) DiMisa; grandfather of Christopher, Jr., Patrick, Hannah, Samuel, Victoria, Gabriel, Matthew, Isaac, Leigh, and Caylin; great-grandfather of Emma; brother of Elizabeth Altmann and Dolores Stowell. Relatives and friends may call at Collins Funeral Home, 500 University Boulevard West, Silver Spring, MD, (Valet Parking), Monday, March 11, 2019, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial at St. Peter's Church, 2900 Sandy Spring Road, Olney, MD, on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at 10 a.m. Interment Gate of Heaven Cemetery. I would always see him out in the yard doing something he would either be watering the yard or mowing when he's out he would also wave what ever he was doing he would wave and he had a smile
And when he's not working in the yard spending precious time with his wife they would always be walking I would say hi to them I'm going to miss him a lot rest in peace Nice kind caring Francis DIMISA.

How sad to find out Frank has passed, we have lost so many fine neighbors. Always out working around the yard and a wave as we drove by. He will be missed. Our sincerest condolences to Flo, the boys and your extended family. If there is anything we can do, we are here for you. Such a nice man.

I sang with Frank as part of the choir at St. Peter's Church in Olney. He had been singing in the choir for many years and I, as a newcomer, really appreciated his help from time to time. He always carried a briefcase containing not only the music but also a few tools and tape to make minor repairs in whatever he noticed needed fixing. He was kind and caring. Frank pray for us.

I worked with Frank for many years at Suburban Trust company in Hyattsville in the IT department. He was always a very calm person in an environment that was always very busy and hectic. He was a very knowledgeable IT person and always polite and helpful to everyone he worked with. He was a great guy.
