Larry was a solid down to earth inspiration to many. A legacy of honor and fairness will accompany him to eternity. As an engineer and as Secretary of Transportation Larry inspired many to serve with honor. His reputation as a legislator focused on the big picture and his effort was always "For The Greater Good" RIP my friend.
