Patricia Watson Obituary
Patricia Frances Watson passed on last Friday, April 29th, in EI Paso, Texas, after fighting an illness for
twenty years. Patricia was born in Wichita Falls, Texas on May 31, 1941, to Michael and Frances Frances.
Patricia graduated from the Academy of Mary Immaculate in 1959 and went on to attend the University of Houston until 1963. She worked as an accountant, hosted a radio program for women while overseas. Her real love was writing. She won many awards and was published in numerous newspapers and other periodicals over the years.
In 1988, she moved with her husband to Cloudcroft, N.M. In 1999, she moved to Bent, where she was involved with local issues and the church.
She is survived by her husband Ben; three children, Terrie Resler and her husband Joe, David Morris and his wife Marie, Julia Napier. All three children live in Texas as well as her brother Philip Frances and his wife Paula. There are six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Patricia will be greatly missed by her family and many friends. There will not be any services at this time as per her wishes.

I had the privilege of meeting Patricia many years ago. She was a positive role model for me and many women. There was always a place at her table for anyone and wonderful conversation. I will miss her dearly and wish comfort to her family
