Always enjoyed seeing Otis wherever he played, especially at the Samurai. We managed to get him booked for a Halloween show in Ada one year, and it was legendary!

It hurt my soul to hear of the passing of Otis. I first learned of Otis through a friend. Then I was able to get to know him through an employer. Of course, we became friends. He inspired my son to play guitar. Otis will be missed by all that enjoy live music. Rest in peace, brother.

Very sad to hear of Otis's passing. Met him at The Samurai many, many years ago, and crossed trails over the years through radio and rock and roll. Thoughts and sympathy with your family. Rock in Peace Mr. Otis.

He allowed my (then) young son to "jam" with him on stage many years ago, which was a great confidence booster to him at the time. Thanks, Otis. You will be missed!

Bull , so sorry for the lost of your dad,

August 18, 2014

to uncle Otis, My brother & I always got a kick out of him, when he spoke, he had the cowboy way look & and strength of two men, yet he was a pioneer in the communication world, his knowledge was always there, good days or bad days, he always told charlie & I its better to laugh then cry, just keep moving forward, you never know what adventure waits for you, I will miss him, especially him sitting on his horses, Joe or Matt, he put me on little-bit, a hard headed shetlon pony, to the his red river memories, and aunt Wanda's giant biscuits on their farm, he will be missed love always Jimmy
