Kathleen Klein Obituary

Kathleen M. Klein

AGE: 70 • Middlesex

As of 12:40 am on Thursday, May 22, 2014, God gained a new Irish Catholic Angel. Kathleen M. (Perridge) Klein, 70, lost her battle with pneumonia and cancer at Somerset Medical Center in Somerville. Born in Brooklyn to her late parents William James and Ann (Carlton) Perridge, Kathleen had lived in Hazlet before settling to Middlesex in 1974. She was a devoted homemaker who loved spending time with her family and spent countless years rounding off her husband Gene's rough edges.

Besides her parents, she is predeceased by her three siblings; Virginia, Sister Joan Catherine and William Perridge along with daughter-in-law Mary (Countryman) Sibree. Kathleen leaves behind her loving husband and soul mate of over forty years, Gene and her four devoted children; Barbara Sibree-Rodriguez (Ruben) of Middlesex, William Sibree (Susan) of Hamilton Square, Dianne Novak (Joseph) of Stockertown, PA., and Gene Klein (Lea) of Flemington. She will be deeply missed by her cherished grandchildren; Megan and Kelly Sibree, Nicholas, Noelle and Daniel Novak, Alyssa and Ruben Rodriguez and Eddie and Tommy Klein and by her dear siblings; Robert Perridge (Betty) of Florida, Anne Heavey of California and Lois Walker of Connecticut.

A memorial gathering celebrating Kathleen's life will be held on Saturday, May 24, 2014 from 12:00 pm until 3:00 pm in the Middlesex Funeral Home, 528 Bound Brook Road, Middlesex, NJ 08846. A religious service with Father Peter Suhaka officiating will be held at 2:45 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations sent to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Barbara- Please relay to your family that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers. I would talk to your mom the last few years about my mom's dementia and she was very supportive. I have many happy memories of your Mom - she was so cool. She was a very special lady to all of us and we loved her very much. Your mom is at peace now. Bethann May 2014

Gene,Diane Barbara,Young Gene,Billy She will be missed but always in your hearts and although it may hurt in the beginning, those memories will always bring gentle smiles to your face in the years ahead. There are so many that I can say I had the priveledge to call you all friends which she made happen. She never forgot us in The Sunday night dinners at Cahoots, weddings, birthdays, Pop Warner. Rick respected Kathy for her tenaciousness and fairness to all. A finer mother, grandma, wife, aunt, sister could not be found when God says Hi to her at the gate. Bless you all as you wrestle with a blessing from the Lord, Be calm and quiet. The tears will wash and refresh your heart, the peace will let God talk to you without interference. Love
