William Stevenson Obituary
Middletown - William C. Stevenson, 88 of Middletown, NJ passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 1, 2017. Born in Hackensack, NJ he was a lifelong resident of Middletown. He graduated from Middletown High School and Bucknell University. He served his country honorably in the United States Air Force . During the Korean War he served as a radar observer, flying missions from Misawa Japan. He was a member of the American Legion Post 338, Leonardo, NJ. He retired from Well Fargo Bank, Newark, NJ where he worked as an assistant vice president. He is survived by his wife Jacquelyn Applegate Stevenson, daughter, Teresa Ryan, step sons, Thomas Wesch and Edward Hanley, step daughters, Wendy Bingle, Candy Kaufman, Cindy Lee Hanley and his sister Amy Bond. Visitation and interment were private. Hoffman Funeral Home, Long Branch was entrusted with arrangements.
