I remember Uncle Phil as far back as his wedding day to Aunt Mary and even before that. I was 4 years old and I still vividly recall their wedding. As young as I was then I thought he was so handsome and she was so pretty. They were a special couple. I knew that even at 4 years old. Even though it was his wedding day as he always did when he would see me he would come over and play a trick on me or do something really funny that made me laugh. He was never too busy for me. I always thought he was such a fun guy. I recall vividly my last visit at their house. Aunt Mary made a coffee for me and Uncle Phil and he would still say things or tell me jokes that made me laugh. He always had so many jokes to tell me. That's what I recall most about him. He was a lot of fun and truly enjoyed life and I could always tell how much he loved Aunt Mary from their wedding day to my last visit at their house in Colonia in 2019. He was special to me and I really miss him a lot and I always will.

I will never forget Uncle Phil. Who could ever forget such a fun loving guy who was always the life of the party. I was about 4 or 5 years old when I first met him. I was one of the only kids at the his wedding to Aunt Mary. There are some things in life you never forget and I honestly remember their wedding like it was yesterday. I was the one of the only little kids there except for our cousing Joey Tangarie. In the middle of the ceremony I yelled out something I shouldn't have because my mom took my Yankees hat off and everyone in the church began laughing. At the Reception I remember him picking me up off of the dance floor and holding me up high over him and laughing saying to me, "so your the little guy who yelled in church at my wedding". I liked him a lot then and throughout my life. I always thought he was a fun guy and he always had a joke of two for me every time he saw me. Every time he acted serous I knew something funny was coming next. I'll never forget him, and he truly was one of the special people who touched my life in a way that always puts a smile on my face. He was a very special man.
