Doc was one of the most wonderful men to walk this earth with all of us, he truly loved people and he was so much more than just a Doctor, he was a friend to many but some of the very lucky ones were like family, all I have is wonderfull thoughts of him, from taking care of me when I was sick to teaching me why you turn a canoe upside down when you take it out of the lake. He was kind, gentle and loving with a wonderful wit. I have been truly blessed to have been apart of his life and he apart of mine, I will always Love him as all of My Family will. I am so thankful for the time we spent together with Doc and his Family, which made us apart of their Family. He spent so much time with our boys and the fun they had with him. I will truly miss all of his wonderful stories that only he could tell that kept me hanging on every word. Doc was truly one of a kind they just Don't make men any better than He. I am so sorry for all of his family, I pray that all of his Grandchildren remember how he loved them as they were so special to him. I will always Love and miss you Doc, I know you will look over my son Eric as you Looked over him in life. we are so sorry we could not be with you all at his service, But the last day we spent with him was such a joy for us, just laying in bed with him talking, I will treasure that day the rest of my life. know we love you all and we are greaving with you and for you. We will never forget you Doc. We love you Doc always.

Evelyn, Gail, Anita, Christy, & Buddy - I’m very sorry for your loss. Your dad lived a long full life and enjoyed each and every minute of it. He loved you all so much and I know you loved him. Just remember you will always have those great memories of him that will last forever.

Dr. Myers was a very special person to me and I will always have fond memories of him, like when I baby sat for him and he would slip me an extra $20, or when he took me on vacation with him and his family, and to his cabin at Lake Hartwell. I remember one time, at my high school graduation party, in addition to my gift, he sneakingly slipped me $100 to take with me on my trip to Florida. Dr. Myers was a very unselfish person and I will always remember how kind he was to me. He will be dearly missed. I love you doc!
