Family-Placed Death Notice
Homegoing Celebration for Technical Sergeant Nathan Heard, Jr., of 2745 Black Forest Trail SW, will be held Saturday, December 10, 2005 at 1 PM at The Open Word Christian Ministries, 6230 Highway 92, Fairburn, GA. Rev. Gary Taylor, Pastor, officiating. Entombment, Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery with full military honors. The remains will be placed instate at 12 Noon. Family and friends are asked to assemble at the residence at 11:45 AM. The wake will be held this evening, Friday from 7 to 8 PM at the Hines Memorial Chapel, 595 Westlake Ave. NW. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Mrs. Mary E. (Tidwell) Heard; three daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Hilda (Morris) Hankerson (Theophilus), Ms. Brenda Dent and Colonel and Mrs. Margaret Cooper (Willie II); eight grandchildren; one sister, Florence Roberson; mother-in-law, Genet Tidwell; and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
