Family-Placed Death Notice

WALTON, Connie Connie J. Walton, 90, of Fayetteville passed away May 6, 2011. Mrs. Walton was a member of the Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, the East Point Women's Club and the Mary & Martha circle at FFUMC. Mrs. Walton was also retired from the Fulton County Board of Education. Survivors include her husband of 60 years James D. Walton; daughter Miriam Hannah of Griffin, Carol & Jerry Light of Fayetteville, and Donna & Jonathan Galucki of Buford; grandchildren Annette, Arlene, Deborah, Jerry, Matt, Andrew, Christa, and Will.; 4 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, May 10, 2011 at Fayetteville First United Methodist Church, with Rev. Mark Westmoreland officiating, the burial will be at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the funeral home. The family request donations be made to Southwest Christian Hospice at swchristiancare.org. Carl J.
