Pook although I did not make the funeral to officially say goodbye to you, who was a beautiful and humble spirit, you have been on my mind since the day Auntie Toolie called me to inform me of your passing. I pray for Maozie, Kim Me-Me, Bay-Bay and your babies asking God to be with them. My fondest memories of you are the days when you would stop by Grandma Harris house after work to say hello. I also remember saying what's up when I use to see you walking.
Pook my cousin I love you. Please tell Grandma, Byron, Sam, Clerance, Tyrone, Uncle John, and my dad that I love them! I know that I did not tell you often..but I love you and the family! RIP Pook!!

As I sit here with a heavy heart writing my condolences to the family, I am saddened and my thoughts and prayers are with you. I look back about thirty something years ago, I remember the days of playing little league sports for SUNSET. After games or practices we would hang out on POOK'S porch joking and cracking on each other. THOSE WERE THE GOOD OLD DAYS. Family and friends, just remember, with GOD ITS A WIN WIN. To the Davis Family & my fellow classmates of T.W. Josey Class of 1985

Well.....another EAGLE from our family nest has been given eternal wings and has taken flight into Glory. So many "Pook" memories - too many to list here....none were sad. Most joyous memory was to see him fellowship with us in fun for our 25th class reunion/Homecoming tailgate just a little over a year ago. May Pook's spirit, his laughter carry on forever. God bless us all.

I can remember it like it was yesterday. My baby was kidnapped, who at that time was only 6- 8 months, Because of something my sister and I did or didn't do for them. We looked and looked but couldn't find the baby anywhere in the house. We started to panic, then we heard something at the backdoor and went to open it and there was Baby Trey just a laughing with a ransom note attached to his chest. The note read; Fonda and Joi if you don't want the baby taken again we suggest that you and your sister agree to our demands Pook and Yusef !!! We laughed so hard until tears ran down our faces. We still laugh about it to this very day....Our Deepest condolences go out to my second Family. I love you guys and know that Pook was here to make us laugh and that we did....Pook I'll see when I get to Heaven. (SMILE!)

My heart is heavy as I say farewell to a friend from yesterday. Many years ago, Reggie and I spent countless hours talking and laughing about anything and everything. Its hard to believe he is no longer with us. I will forever cherish the last conversation we had. To Ms. Maozie, the family and loved ones left behind I offer my sympathy and deepest condolences. I know these days have been hard but stay strong in your faith. Remember that God will ...God can and God is...... Another Eagle has been taken from the nest to soar high to new heights. God bless you Reggie and thanks for the memories and good times we shared in our yesterday. Thanks for all the laughter, the smiles and just being a good friend when I needed one. This is not farewell but only Goodnight until we meet again, my Eagle Brotha. Blessings
