Dear Elaine and Susan's family.

I am so sorry to hear of Susan's passing. For those of us in Arthur Andersen's private client service practice, she was always larger than life, with her humor, graciousness, joie de vivre, excellant taste, and willingness to stand up for her beliefs and what she thought was right. I recall that Susan was the most requested mentor in our department and very much loved. She shall be sorely missed.

Dear Elaine, Marilyn, Marian & the rest of Susie's family,
I just learned of Susie's passing and my heart and prayers go out to you. Years ago, my husband and I spent the most fabulous vacation in San Francisco, Sonoma and Napa.. with Elaine and Susie as our hostesses and guides. I will never forget those memories.. driving to the Sonoma County fair in a baby blue Cadillac convertible, experimenting new cuisine at the neighborhood Ethiopian restaurant and just hanging out. I pray you have many similar memories and that they bring you some peace and maybe even a smile during this difficult time.

This is such sad news. I have not been in contact with any of you. But, I think of you often when I think about my childhood. It seems only yesterday that we were up the street playing in your front yard. There were so many happy memories of your family and Dr. Pilcher coming to our home at night when one of us was sick. You all are certainly in our prayers.
