I am so sorry. Everyone loved Mo.
We used to swim the same events, and usually right next to each other. She always made the race so much fun. I will forever miss her beautiful self at all the meets.
Thank you so much for sharing her.

I just learned about Maureen today. I was shocked and so saddened. I have not seen Maureen since I was in elementary school, but she is such a huge part of my childhood memories. I met Maureen at Girl Scout camp and we became fast friends, writing letters to each other and meeting up at subsequent camp years. My long standing memory of her was her sense of humor, her kindness, and her loyal friendship. A few years back, I searched for Maureen and found her. We exchanged emails and I was so happy to know she remembered me too from so long ago. I had wished that we could meet up in Oregon again some day, but busy lives took over. I wish her family comfort and loving memories, as I can only imagine the memories are as lovely- and more, as mine.
